I suspect Phil is suffering from some combination of the stress of this year and the lack of competitive golf. His putting has been awful every time he's played.

If he was a bit sharper, he'd easily be -2 or -3 today.

well, one of the 3 whacks was a PBP error. It's as reliable as the PGA Tour's was 15 years ago. Was actually in a shrub when he was initially reported as on the green on 13
