Thanks. Maybe he'll play better today since it doesn't matter.

greens are bouncy today plus they are rolling in different speeds from my observations.
Re: Final round US Open 2015
7th hole video Phil sats that was my 3rd good shot here and 3rd bad result. Awesome. This course was not us open worthy and Phil is running out of chances. It stinks.

There is tough and then there is fair. Too many of the holes IMO at Chambers Bay over the line. Where the pin was at #18 on Saturday was a total joke.
#7 today is a 500 yard par four but your second shot is 170 yards to an elevated pin placement where one foot off means a 40 yard chip.
yes Corey Pavin was 6 years old when he started playing golf

+1 for PHIL
Clown car moves at #15 252 yards on Saturday and now its 158 yards
Similar to #9 on Saturday. #9 today was a putt putt hole today. You used a 80 foot backstop to spin the ball back to the hole.

Rory 6 under thru 13 holes...only 2 off lead....could tie Phil's 5 Majors...Scott also playing out of his mind too...don't want either winning...would be happy if Day one as he has been close several times and has fought vertigo here to compete. Don't want Spieth either...Grace or DJ would be ok too

US Open has become too much about USGA and not enough about Golf. My goodness who is the R & A guy in charge of course setup? Does anyone at all know his name?

I'm still in disbelief. I thought, well, maybe 12-ft putt for Dustin is not a sure thing, so just putt it close and make the birdie and come back tomorrow for the 18 holes. Also, why did he have Jason Day putt out?.... I think Jason was thinking he could possibly use his line for reference on the come back putt in case he misses the 1st putt. Good golly, well, Dustin....everyone has their crosses to haul... Phil has 6 of them from the US Open and not likely to be anymore.

I really was not pulling for Spieth. Not sure why.

I was rooting for DJ . Really like Jordan but my gut isn't rooting for these young guys to steamroll over everyone on a regular basis. Plus if not for Jordans historic Masters Phil could have won another major. BUT that being said Id take Jordan over Rory everytime . Would rather see Jordan as #1 he is more of a humble type of winner.

I agree completely. Evidently the greens were a total mess.

Is Phil's next tournament the Scottish Open?

Re: Final round US Open 2015
Yep 2 weeks off then Scottish Open. They have a good field Rory and Rickie taking a page from Phils book after he won in 2013 so they get used to the time change etc. Just what we need

Re: Final round US Open 2015
I've seen some positive signs in Phil's game over the past two months, but it will certainly be interesting to see how he finishes the year. Wouldn't surprise me if he won an event(s) or if he does poorly. Not much golf left. Two weeks overseas, Firestone and the PGA.
The FedEx Cup is a wildcard for PHIL IMO. I think he'll lose interest after the PGA and at this stage of his career I can't blame him for that.
