and PHIL is AT Spyglass? That is the pattern for PHIL at ATT--weekend at Pebble

Spyglass is a short 6800 yard track but its fairways are tighter and with wind and tricky greens--PHIL needs a good score to stay up there

Around here we play lift clean and place until April or so. The courses are muddy - the rough can be uneven at spots as no cuts the course now. In the Pebble area with all the wind and rain there are lots of damaged areas or very wet areas

So they get free!!!

Not sure what PHIL did to bogie but that's golf its windy and some rain out there now.

I would always like to play the same course 2 days in a row as the familiarity lingers better on back-to-back (at least for me).

Don't want Phil to feel 'the round was good enough' because it could come down to 2 or 1 shot that wins this thing. Look at last week with Rickie and in Palm Springs.

I can't argue about the draw....watched the finish to the golf telecast and it was raining ridiculously....greens were soaking wet, watched putts going to water-filled cups that overflowed and spilled around the hole when the ball went in. If I was in the later draw, I know I would have been complaining that they should have called it sooner.

Phil's 'recovery shot' made the front page of MSN...almost eagled the hole, would have been fantastic (like the shot off the pine straw at Augusta, missed the subsequent eagle putt)
