I don't expect Phil to do well... supposed to be 40-50*F/sunny on Thursday, then 0.75-inch rain on Friday, 0.50-inch rain on Saturday..... ugly, ugly weather.

Phil committed to Genesis open next week. that means 4 in a row if you count the missed cut last week. he has a great record there.

Great, -1 after 1. I said I didn't think Phil will play well....because of the weather, but if he does, as we hope he does well, then that's a bonus. I always go for the downside expectation so any upside is happy time :-). And I didn't know he'd be playing Riviera....great, yes, I like that course too, but not the green with the donut hole. Tiger be there too?

Ugh, bogie and back to Even and T-64, but a birdie brings it back to -1 / T-30th. Maybe Phil re-upped for Riviera thinking the miserable weather here will not play out to a good tournament result?

Yup very steady driving--now the fairways were wet and did not get a ton of roll but very steady driving.
