PHIL after this round is US open ready--very very solid

Nick Faldo complimented Phil on his ball striking. A first! Jack said now that the off course problems are behind Phil, he can concentrate on golf. Jack said he was a great putter. He also said that to win the US Open, Phil had to be patient and putt well, but that patience was not his long suit. That's when he complimented him on his putting. Yesterday he told Phil that he need the Memorial on his resume'. That might be when the topic of winning a regular event, earlier alluded to by Bulls, came up. I noticed that Phil's fans were still pulling for him and cheering him on. Hope he truly moves on and that he continues to play well. Supposed to be a front moving thru tomorrow with wind and drying out the greens. I think it will get tougher.

On TV tonight I saw the two-tone color in the greens...do they have Poa Annua grass mixed in there?
