Re: Excited for Phil's 2015 season
I am really excited for next season. He should be in great shape, and I certainly hope that there are no off course distractions. Has there been any news about the investigation into his stock trading? Hope there is nothing to derail him! He's due for a great season, and we're ready as well! Lots of news about him selling his home. I know that he has a beach house, but he also has another one in Rancho Santa Fe, doesn't he?

The beach house in la jolla was sold a couple years ago. Phil said since the kids were getting bigger and busy they never used it. His new house in Rancho Santa Fe has the big practice facility with 5 greens etc. He has reduced the price on his old house quite a bit. Havent read a thing on the stock trade.

Thanks for the update. I wonder if there are pictures of the new house and facility.

Phil's new home is next to Rancho Santa Fe golf course. You can view it from Google Earth. His home is on a large corner lot at the corner of, San Elijo Ave. and Via De La Cumbre, in Rancho Santa Fe, California. It's not the latest picture, but it does show the main house and the guest house. The practice holes are complete, but not yet updated on google earth.

Well, it seems Phil has signed on for the Humana, so we'll likely not see him on the golf course before the middle of Jan. No news of the Ryder Cup meeting. I watched Jordon Speith last week and he was awesome. Maybe this will be a good year for him as well. Anxious to see how Tiger fares this week with his new coach and his old swing.

No Riveria or Pebble. A news article is posted on his website. He wants to play 3 weeks on 2 weeks off. Probably good idea. As much as I liked 5 in a row on west coast. He has to be careful of his back.

Welcome welcome back and I hope as next week approaches we track down a few more PHIL fans
Re: Excited for Phil's 2015 season
Thanks...glad to be back. I figured someone would have to set up another one. I guess the old forum server died? I finally checked out my Yahoo email and did a search on Phil Mickelson and saw the notices....sorry it took me so long.
I hope Phil has a good year!! I know it's tougher on him as he gets older, but perhaps his workout regimen may make him feel a bit younger :-).
Should be a lot of focus on Tiger to keep the heat off of Phil....unless of course Tiger shines.

Not thrilled that Phil is skipping Pebble Beach and Riviera, two courses where he's done well in the past. I think this doesn't bode well. In my opinion, he needs competitive action, not time off....it may affect him for the worse.

Re: Excited for Phil's 2015 season
Glad to see Phil is toning down his talk of 'how excited he is, feeling good, and hitting it longer". As Tim Roseforte said, Phil tends to get too excited and wants to see his progress translate into 4-under in 5 holes, and he gets discouraged when that doesn't happen and said Butch has worked with Phil on this, and that Phil is not wanting to paint any glossy story before hand. Like I always said....feel good? feel fit?.... don't say anything, let your score talk for you. Go Get'm Phil!!
Hope he does well. Rosie says he lost weight and has his ball speed up 7 miles/hr and gets at least 10 yrds more distance.
Ugh...can't post links for 7 days?
