I know it's early, but Brendon De Jonge looks like a runaway train , -2 in the first 3 holes.

Wow, better make that -3 in first 4 holes; looks like others are doing well in the morning start.  I hope the weather stays good for Phil's start later, as I guess the wind played a bit of havoc yesterday.

Phil website posted article how he went to the range after 1st round and easiest par 5 total disaster.

Awful double. Looks like Phil thinned a pitch into the hazard. With the easy scoring conditions, he's already dug himself a massive hole by playing the first two holes over par.

Almost a hole in one on three if PBP is correct.

He needed a hole in one at this point.

Another penalty on 10th. On pace to missed cut. We won't have to worry about any presidents cup at this,rate.

Would have been spectacular par but misses 10 ft save. PHIL putter and driver have been the cause of his 2 year drought. Very sad because I really believe He believes he was close but the whole year is turning into a bust.
