A double on top of the lack of birdies on 14 and 15 just cost him 4 shots. I know its only Thursday but every shot counts and its tough to make it up.

Yep, if Phil could only eliminate the doubles...

Bunker shots have not been impressive thus far.

PHIL was on fire but failed to score the easier holes like 14 and 15.

Might not have been in water on #18 but likely he was in the hazard without a stance.

7th and 8th were the last 2 birdie holes that he parred now tough 9th. he cant hit a fairway to save his life.
