Memorial Final Round 2018
and PHIL will out in a threesome on the 1st hole in just a bit. Rain is expected later today so they are trying to get as much play in as possible-as early as they can. Let's go PHIL and shot a 62!
Re: Memorial Final Round 2018
1st hole birdie then 2 misses at 8ft and 10 ft.
Hope for a back door top 10 since he has no pressure today.

Well, he's got a very short putt for birdie on the par-5, nice long greenside bunker shot put him there, stopped on a dime.

Darn it Phil, 117 to the pin and you can't get it any closer than 41 feet?

Through 3 rounds Phil was 2nd in birdies made. It's his mutiple bogeys that kill him.

Missing fairways today is contributing to bad play. That was his key the other day, can put yourself in position from the fairway, from the rough...not so much. Although he did make birdie today from left no-mans-land, don't know how.

Looks like one lousy stroke may prevent a top 10. He is #1 in birdies at the moment but made 10 bogies and 2 doubles this week.

Phil is on route to Shinnecock now. Hopefully he will skip his pro am in memphis. I think you get 2 passes

Re: Memorial Final Round 2018
I am not sure of his Memphis schedule. I have seen PHIL in 2009 plus 2012-2017 here in Memphis. I am not sure I want to follow in person this next week. I guess we will see. I have seen him during several pro ams and honestly that is my favorite time to watch. Lots of pressure and stress on weekends--lots of fans plus the player stress is higher.
Really its hard to see most of the shots on the weekend. Too many people and marshalls are watching the play so carefully

Just looked at pro am in Memphis . Phi tees off T 6 :50 . I read most pros only playing 9 holes. That's good. This is setting up to be a long 3 weeks gor Phil with the 2 trips to Shinnecock.
Rory is there now he renter a house for 2 weeks to practice .

Re: Memorial Final Round 2018
One reason I am skipping this year. They let PHIL go out first and likely for only 9 holes. If I hustle I might get there for 6 holes.
