and PHIL will be off early in the morning. I will be in the dental chair so every one will have to scrape by without me until after lunch.

My hopes are high for 2016. Its PHIL time if we can't hope who can? It has been 12 years from his 1st major and historically its time to start hanging it up. I don't buy it. Let's go PHIL.
