Oh mercy!! -2 today and a made cut but seemed to lose energy of the back side after 13 holes.

A horrible drive put him in that position. Phil needed to fix his driving years ago, that would have helped him in approach shots, proximity to the green, and likely not depend so heavily on his putting. In his post-round interview he blamed it on 'lack of concentration', saying that even a camera shutter click throws him off. Hmm, there's a solution Phil => Champions Tour! Need to execute shots, not just try and toss our 'long bombs' without control of direction.
