2nd Round PGA champions tour event Ozarks National

Would be nice if Phil could win his inaugural Champions Tour event and further improve his confidence in his game going forward on the PGA Tour. Only 3 rounds, have to keep the foot pressed to the metal (? I guess they used to have metal gas pedals?)

Hmmm.... 3-way tie for 1st. First David McKenzie makes 2 birdies to tie Phil's 1 birdie, and now Rocco Mediate is -4 on the round to tie as well. Phil, this is the Champions Tour, they come out swinging. Can't go -1/-2 on a round and still be competitive.

uh Oh, 'shot from the other', what the heck is that mean? Lol, it must mean you birdied!!, lol, did he chip in from the junk? I like his interview yesterday, when he said this course has no rough, just fairways and 'junk'.

Great playing!  I haven't been sub-80 in a while, but shot 80, 81, 82 this month.  Dumb mistakes keep me from getting it done.

Hoping Phil can drop another birdie on this par-5 9th hole to go -5 on the day. Dang that Roccco Mediate, making it tough, he's -6 thru 9 to go -13.
