What's next for PHIL
will Bridgestone/Firestone golf course in two weeks. That's pretty certain and then the PGA.
In needs some major mojo in the next two events to move up the President's cup and Fedex lists.

Barclays is top 125 in Fed Ex and a given being one of his sponsors but who knows after that you have to qualify. The Duetche bank I believe is the top 100 in Fed ex. Phil is 51st currently.

Re: What's next for PHIL
Phil is currently ranked at #55 in FedEx Cup standings.
Phil will need some mojo just to make the FedEx Cup Championship.
Phil is in the field or has enough points (right now) for:
1. WGC - Bridgestone
2. PGA Championship
3. Barclays
4. Deutsche Bank
5. BMW Championship
Is he choosing not to play one of the FedEx Cups that he is currently eligible for? Then he certainly won't make the finals, imo.
FedEx Cup:
1. The Barclays Top 125 points leaders (after the Wyndham Championship)
2. Deutsche Bank Championship Top 100 points leaders (after The Barclays)
3. BMW Championship Top 70 points leaders (after the Deutsche Bank Championship)
4. Tour Championship Top 30 points leaders (after the BMW Championship)

Re: What's next for PHIL
PHIL has played some great golf this year--I could on and on about it.
The problem has been other then the Masters he has not put together 4 nearly flawless/faultless rounds. Big scores on a hole or bogies at the end of the round has held him back. Maybe maybe maybe maybe this week or month

Re: What's next for PHIL
Just checked to see where Phil finished at last years WGC Bridgestone T15 scores... 71 73 69 and a final round 62 with 10 birdies and 2 bogeys. Guess you could say he came into the week without much form and had an awesome final round and as we know A WEEK LATER WAS 2nd at the final major.
He really needs to start SHARP instead of coming in rusty and then finishing just short of a victory.
