Question, will Phil be over or under par at the end of the round?

Missed a 7 footer on 13 for birdie, settled for par.

Phil's lucky he didn't go in the water on 14, gee whiz, through the green and down the embankment, must have got caught in the grass.

I'll say Phil will end up over par today.... playing sloppy.

There was a stat that Phil had 15 birdies and JT had 16 birdies and Justin was leading tournament and Phil was 15 back. That says volumes. Too many bogeys

kinda iffy today but there is always next week!!
