Problem is when there are multiple courses the cameras are on the main one. PGA tour live is showing him but it's you have to subscribe. I might add they raised it 10 bucks. They better feature Phil every tournament he plays!!

Yea, was wondering how he'd play coming back after so long.  OK, so there's 3 courses in the rotation, correct and the cut isn't until saturday?

Cut is Saturday. La Quinta is the easiest of the 3 so he's got to finish off this round!

I've played LaQuinta and the Nicklaus course, but that was a long time ago. Don't remember LaQuinta that well, but remember a few things about the Nicklaus course... some fairways were like raised platforms with the sides of fairway had jutting finger-like projections that sloped down 8-10 feet lower than the fairway. One par-3 next to some rock formation that I kept looking up at the rocks expecting an avalanche to fall on my head...and I think there were mountain goats up there.

Yup the Nicklaus course has the rocks up above on the par three--sometimes the wind roars through the valley

But someone shoots -11 on a par-72 course and it's "oh, it's only a 61?"
