BMW Championship 2018 - Round 2

OK, they're off early today.  Is there a cut?  I'm not sure, but I heard one announcer talking about if someone wants to be around on the weekend, makes me think there is. Also, I heard previously that these are tight fairways with deep rough. Now yesterday during the telecast, I heard someone say that the reason for the low scores was the ample wide fairways? So which is it, and if they are wide, what is Phil's problem?

Phil is in last place at the moment.

Ugh, dead last. I will say, that if he has a dismal showing at Ryder cup, then I don't think he will be extended another 'pick' the next time.

This is his last Ryder cup just don't see him at 50 maintaining this level of play. Dead last he is projected to fall to 12th in fed ex points. STILL GREAT. I wish he skipped this event he obviously is tired and may finish last. Just looks bad. I know he's got 2 rounds left but still.....

Stand corrected he is now last and fell to 14th place in points.

I just read that since it's inception in 2004 Phil has a chance to finish 1st in strokes gained putting in his career. In 2013 he was 6th. He has to pass Jason Day in these last 2 tournaments. He currently is last in putting.

With all the rain they want today/tomorrow and Monday I am not sure if/when they will finish. Guess they can extend into the week since there is no golf next weekend. My sister and her husband has tickets for today,but even if they play its going to be a swamp down there..

I would hope your sisters tickets will be honored tomorrow if they get rained out or a refund .

She just said she is on her way. Going to be a wet day but she is a Spieth fan and just picked up golfing last year. I am sure she will have a blast

Hope SPIETH has a good day for her. Hard to believe he is fighting to make the Tour Championship.

I'd much rather see Phil WD siting fatigue than score this pootly. He's doing an excellent job at maintaining last place when everyone is throwing darts today.
