I know better then anyone that after a poor tee shot-its better not to be too herioc and compound the error==Short of a miracle chip in PHIL is compounding errors

I was counting on his 4th birdie coming up when he was on tee box.

gave alot back on with that double---I did not see his 2nd or 3rd shots or where his drop was?

Guys have used less then driver to reach #6 today and PHIL wailed it with his driver--far right

This course requires patience and PHIL needs to get his aggressive side in check

To do this on a par 5 after 3 birdies and playing well is inexplicable. Hope he can control himself with his poor decisions to get it back in a hurry.

Being left handed myself, I can see better what happens then when watching right-handers. Myself as a lefty, when I set up with a shallow swing plane (instead of upright/squared head) it has the face/loft facing/tilted right, or if you don't follow through sufficiently with the hands, the club head starts turning over to the right during contact with the ball; if both together, then sets up for a major hook.

Sad thing is he gave up 2 hard-earned strokes in a heartbeat!

decent par at #7 just has to play steady and he can be here the top

Red numbers will be sweet!!!

8-9-10 are tough holes---three pars would be sweet

middle of the green at #8 is a must --missed his par putt after a great sand shot

Phils course management stinks . He's shooting at flags when he shouldnt .

okay PHIL has gone dark on main TV coverage---makes par on #10

Saw him online featured holes 8 9 10. Maybe with Tiger done we might see him. ....if he has a birdie putt.
