The weather is always a variable in golf. PHIL and the other late starters today look like they have a slightly better draw. The wind will be a bit brisk this morning and it will be cool while this afternoon it will warm up nicely with the wind dropping. Tomorrow morning will be warmer then today with less wind then this morning then the wind picks up on Friday afternoon. So Let's go PHIL

Phil often says he likes bad weather that the competitors hate.... he might get that on Saturday, predicting cold/rain and cold sunday (high of low 60's). So the best weather days will be Thurs/Fri.

the water banks are saved MUCH tighter this year. Balls that in the past would have stayed up and going in the drink today

Another bogie at the par 3 6th. Too many unforced errors and dropped shots. 3 bogies thru 7 holes...one in a par 5 and 2 others from 3 putts. Should be 2 under instead one over now
