Wow... THE BIRDIE TRAIN??  Go Phil, Go!!  I like the way he was beating himself over changing a driver out yesterday (still, -4 on the hardest course not bad) and he said he was going back to his previous driver today.  Always the tinkerer.  He MUST BE FEELING BETTER ABOuT HIS GAME!!  I know I am seeing him play like he has.....this is more Phil-for-your-buck in 1 month than he has given us in 2 years.

I remember putting up those bird-train photos, lol, like 10 years ago on this board...or seems to be a long time ago.

Hole six (par five) is looking like a disaster hole (if pbp is to be believed)

Funny, my wife has watched many of the weekend PGA tour telecasts and smiled at me when she heard the bit about Phil being 'about 1 week away' from having it all. Then when he missed the cut she said "1 week?" and I smiled and said....well, you know Phil, it's always 'he's this close'....ok, give him 2-3 weeks'. Can't wait tonite when she comes home and I'll say something like I think he was pretty accurate.

Phil said in interview yesterday he wasn't worried about his putter when they asked how discouraged he was missing so many last. week.

I have been out with Wife looking at our new house--Has PHIL done anything while I have been gone?

Well, from the fairway at the par five 12, with all the momentum in the world, Phil hits it into the shrubs, has to punch out, and has a 10 footer for par...

I have to say, it's a pleasure listening to the announcing from Sirius PGATour Radio, those guys speak nicely about everyone, don't talk insultingly about someone if they get in a predicament....one guy is Fred Albers?.....nice voice tone that rises/falls with the action, "The putt is on the way....and....it....just burns the edge of the cup and rolls out to 4 feet; he will have some work left".  If I keep Sirius after my 6 month trial, it will be solely for the PGA Tour Radio channel....enjoy even the off hours broadcast.

They were funny telling how "Phil really likes his new hybrid"....and the other guy said "yea, at Waste Management he told me how much he loved it and then proceeded to hit it 1-ft". Not sure if that was on the range or pro-Am?.
