Phil drained a 63-foot birdie putt on #9. He is -2 after nine.

OK, what's wrong with our Phil? On 2 consecutive holes, he just sank a 63-foot putt (birdie) and when I thought he botched up this hole, he sank a 40-foot putt (par). Way to go Phil!! People are dropping long putts out here.

Phil (E  overall)) likely to miss the cut.  Must be frustrating being in same group as Bubba Watson (-9).  Even if he gets to Even on the day (-1 overall), the cut line is likely to move up to -2.

OK, I take that back... Phil did nicely to birdie 17 (hole and now is 21-inches from the pin on 18 (hole 9), so I'm going out on a limb and suggesting he'll birdie 18th hole as well... so -2 looks like he's safe to make the cut, imo.

Phil finishes 2 under and will make the cut.

I wonder if it would get to -3-----81 guys at 81. 56 guys at -3 right now? It could happen that 14 guys move down to -3 from the -1/-2/even spots.

If the cut line doesn't move, does that mean they'll have another cut on Saturday (MDNF?)
