Nope
Maybe on Thursday. However, heavy rains are coming Friday and Saturday. Winds also shouldn't be too bad
20 under or lower will win this

Would you care to take a bet on -20 winning ? It took career golf from the best player in the world to hit that mark last year. 2nd place was still 5 shots behind and in the softest conditions the course will ever play. I’ll take -14 as the winning score. This course will play TOUGH Thursday and rain will soften it up with lower scoring the last 3 days.

Thursday will be a bit difficult, though someone could still shot a 66-67. Duston played amazing last year. Conditions on Sunday were quite hard with the brisk northerly winds.
Latest GFS has 2 fronts affecting the area, instead of a single front. That could lead to a touch more wind. Saturday could be a washout, however
