Phil can't even buy a putt anymore. So many short birdie misses and the lipout for bogey

Phil has missed so many make able putts today. Even with the triple the worst he should be is 1 or two under. Just missed a 6 footer for birdie at 17...can't judge speed and break today. Besides the 2 drives at one his tee to green has been great.
