I don't like this pairing. Will Phil be able to restrain himself and not try to swing out of his shoes.?? He is smart enough to know to play his own game but we know how he's obsessed with distance. Will his ego be ok with those guys hitting it past him??

Balsturol is not about distance but accuracy. PHIL had a great driving week in 2005 when he won. Of course as we saw in Scotland last week its not the distance that counts but the accuracy!! I suspect PHIL will not bomb it next week

That's good . I watched the 2005 replay and boy the rough was do thick and clumpy. Hope he can maintain his form.

He plays with the youngsters in practice rounds, so he should know his own game. Hope so anyway.
