I suppose the delay means Phil gets to play in the wind this PM and then the previous leaders get to play most of their round tomorrow AM (when the weather will inevitably be calm and peaceful)?

PHIL just missed a putt at #8

Really putting hard in the wind. That's 6-7-8 that were just off

Left his first one in the bunker, blasted second to three feet and missed that, rattled in a six footer for double. Sloppy hole, shouldn't have made worse than bogey.

Has a chance at the 12 for another bird

I think anything here -4 or so for PHIL today will be great

11-12-14-15 were tough misses

There were a couple on the front side that were further away but just missed.

Actually this has a feel of 2013 if PHIL can just save up his super round for Sunday

I must say, there is pitiful coverage of The Open Championship, both online 'live' and TV.
