I loved his interview. I do think that Phil believes he will have his A game back at some point. Also loved Martin K.'s comments saying you can't count Phil out.

The interview was great. I hope he wins. Phil turns 45 today and he is practicing to win the GS. No better way to celebrate a birthday.

Phil & Rickie beat Snedeker and Jimmie Walker in their 'little games' they play. One article author asked Rickie about Phil and Rickie said he's sure still got game, still hits the ball long and his short game is one where if you had one player you'd pick to hit a difficult short shot, it would be Phil!

They asked Phil if he was going to play a practice round again on Wednesday and he said no, in the morning he's going to practice short game & putting and in the afternoon.....more short game and putting.

My dream would be for Phil to have a Sunday like Kaymer did last year a real no stress win.

I hope this isn't a jinx, but Phil is picked to win the tournament by 5 of 10 golf writers:

PHIL is creating a lot of talk!!!

At golf channel there was a panel discussion of top ten of all time. Most don't have PHIL in the top ten but its fun to talk about!!!

PHIL is playing for history!!

I AGREE JUST DO IT!
Every year there is a sentimental story why Phil Should win. VENUE, Sunday fell on Birthday/ Fathers Day. AMY in hospital .
He really does deserve to win.
Its funny that the arthritis conversation never comes up. A Blogger said he is getting paid so much he cant complain. He really looks great I pray it will be a non issue for many years if that is even possible.

In 2010 PHIL, at the US open, he was so stiff and in pain he could not get out of bed one day. Bones and Butch helped him out of bed and walked him around until he loosened up. I believe that was on Tuesday and by Thursday he was walking around okay but his score on Thursday more or less cost him that US open. Actually his putting on the front nine was a problem as well and yet he finished T4 that week.

PHIL never complained about that and it remained a secret until several years later.

Been switching back and forth from golf channel and Fox . Phil is just putting and chipping today. FOX SHOWED HIM he was the only guy on huge green and made 4 long lags to different holes that were tap ins. It was impressive.

Well, tired of seeing these articles (on Golf Channel):

- Urgency Room: Mickelson is fooling himself.

- Golf's new landscape: McIlroy, Spieth, Fowler.

I hope Phil wins so he can say, "Not so fast young bucks!  On the back nine of my last round (career), huh?"

I don't want to get our hopes up...oh well our hopes are UP. Steve Flesche was one of the golfers on Fox today and he said his friends were following Phil on Tuesday and Phil and Rickie made a bunch of birdies and Phil was striping it Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Win or lose, it's cool to be in the middle of this much hype. I surely have no clue how things will play out but it would be awesome plus if he could win. There are no words for how exciting it would be or how much it would mean to him--and Bones.

Funny you say that Bulls..........I keep hoping Phil wins another Masters to pass Faldo in number of victories at the Masters. I don't know how many times I've heard Faldo say I hope Phil doesn't win another one and pass me! He's being honest but it rubs me the wrong way for some reason. So I hope Phil gets at least one more there and maybe 2 more. I keep thinking it would be cool if Phil ended up with more Masters victories (5) than Tiger (4).
