That 3rd shot was definitely not perfect. Great 4th shot.

That was going to get out to the fairway, but the crowd was in the way and kept it into the tree line. At least thats how it looked to me. Even Phil seemed upset they were in the way

That could end up costing him a win. Massive mistake to drop a shot on a par 5.

Why does he always have to go for everything?  He was in the rough from his tee shot, why not just get it back into the fairway and go from there?  No, he had to go for the big shot and it could very well cost him a win.  He simply can't afford to be making these kind of mistakes anymore...

After a few rough breaks, he is still in this. He could still put a few birdies together and win this outright.

Phil tied again and said he will always play from the right of 14(after mistakenly going left on Day1), so hopefully he has a clear angle.

SO 1st its Tiger and now Thomas and the young guys. Phil's career is really remarkable when he played during the peaks of some world class golfers.

THIS JT Stuff is ridiculous. Phil has not had the luck of a chip in. Been close. This kills me

Like Rory in Charlotte. Shoots an absurd score to blow past Phil

of course Hatton makes another one

Too comfortable playing with Phil. He needs to create that hostile environment Tiger does

Man I thought that putt on 17 was dropping. I assume Hatton will be 1st on their 2nd shots. Would love Phil to stuff this and kinda give a nice FU to Thomas.

Anyone else nervous?

If he wouldn't have screwed up the par 5, this would be over.
