Round 3 WGC HSBC
Moving day and Phil opens up with a double bogey. Why did he even play this week? I know it's ryder cup points but he obviously is not prepared to compete at this level. The 3rd place at Safeway was a weak field.

He could played Sanderson Farms. At some point he will have to accept playing the alternative field events if he cant do well in these big events, although there is no cut and free money. But its not like he needs the money, but he needs ranking points!

Phil double bogies 1st hole (10th), gets 2 birdies through the nine, then double bogies the par3 17th, ugh.

Hard to believe he is playing this poorly after his interview after T3 at Safeway. I know you are supposed to talk positive but he over did it that time. Just let the clubs do the talking.

PHIL is heading off to a well deserved rest!! His design work took him to China but golf wise he is already shut down

Wow, Patrick Reed was almost in contention until he went +10 yesterday....4 doubles, 1 triple bogie, 1 bogie and 2 birdies....ouch.
And... DJ with a 6-shot lead, no one going to catch him, imo, and Phil is 18 shots back? Never even saw him on TV last night except when they panned the camera.
