PHIL birdied #13 PHIL missed birdie putts of 15-16-18 feet so that's the difference

E through 6, but he is on the green in two at the par 5 16th hole

Looks like he got a par at 18. PBP and shot tracker are a mess sometimes. Likely a free drop from the cart path.

Justin Rose....argghhhh!! Not again....he is Phil's nemesis, now -7 and leading; was so glad when he fell out of contention last week (nothing against him personally, whom I consider a nice guy and family man himself).

I've got to start looking at several people instead of just Phil, if one doesn't make it, go with the next...this is too painful week after week.

Well, the ball striking has completely fallen apart at the end of the round.  On 9, Phil hits an iron off of the tee and still misses badly and puts himself in a difficult spot - has to punch out?

Phil shoots 70 and is in 30th place with the afternoon wave still to go

Had some opportunities missed for sure, but also had some bad shots

-2 it is. Decent enough but not a lot to write home about.

Day shoots -9 and only uses driver on a handful of holes, opting to use a driving iron, hitting it 297 yrds, geesh.
