Birdie be nice here. Wasn't this the par 3 he tripled in 2012 and cost him the tournament

That was the fourth. What a terrible break he got, awful bounce into the bushes.

So far, the featured group announcers have spent 75% of their discussion on whether Spieth looks at the ball or the hole as he putts. Rolling Eyes

Phil, 5 feet after the putt? He left it well short.

Way left, hopefully he has a shot at the green, if not likely a punch into the front bunker.

Phil is in the left woods again. Miss is to the left today so far which is not good because the fairways are dogleg right. At least if he was on the right edge, he could have a shot.

I picked up a 'mini-driver' (TM aeroburner) and I love it. Thanks Phil for starting a trend with that Phrankenwood amped up 3wood, now several makers have it and TM even has 2... aeroburner and SLDR mini-drivers.

In the trees on 7. TGC says winner usually comes from top ten on day 1 or no more than 4 back of lead.

Finds the front bunker. Up and in would be key here.
