Tiger in contention

If Tiger wins Phil will hopefully be more focused to get it done next week.(still not rooting for Tiger lol)They have been joined at the hip in the press all year being called has beens--even though Phil has played far better than Tiger. I'm going to Barclay's next week sure hope Phils play gives me something to get excited about. Wouldn't it be nice to win an event sponsored by Barclays.

Congratulations to DLIII. Still hope for Phil. He needs to start showing up at some of the more obscure tournaments.

Tiger said he will be playing the Frys.com and the one in Mexico. It keeps you in competition, that's all that matters. I don't think Phil's method of taking several weeks of and then has to play well at the event he shows up at helps him.

I agree completely. He takes pride in playing and winning at the most difficult venues with strong fields. His days of competing in those events is limited. He neefs to expand and play more IMO.
